Here's to New Beginnings

It's been a long time since I've had a proper website of my very own. I’ve had the website for the business, sure, but there’s been no place that’s been explicitly mine. No place where I could express my own thoughts and ideas, build whatever crossed my mind, and stockpile all of the little things I’ve made that live scattered in different parts of the net into one place.

It feels good. It’s not that I don’t love my work; I’ve been doing it for nearly twenty years, and if that doesn’t show my fidelity to it, I don’t know what does. But this is for me to be creative, to be expressive, and not worry about speaking directly for the business. I’m not here to be vulgar and crass, mind you, but I’m also not directly here to be professional. This is my playground, and I intend to have fun.

I don’t know if anyone will ever read this, but if you do, know that I’m glad you’re here. I hope you have some fun or get some benefit out of the little jungle gym I’m constructing for myself.
